• Tap your profile icon and select the Winning Balance tab.

• Click Withdraw Amount to start the process.

• Select Bank Transfer or Money Exchange.

• Enter the required details based on your choice.

Note: Full balance can be withdrawn via bank. Money Exchange is available for amounts under QAR 6,000.

• Choose to withdraw the full amount or a part of it.

Note: Remaining balance will move to your credit wallet automatically.

• You’ll see a confirmation screen once your request is submitted.
